Well, rain won't really clean your car, so I guess it's not too crazy to wash your car in the rain.
Just need to be careful to not slip and fall, perhaps hurt your back and wind up needing some back pain therapy to keep going!

He may have still held on to the hose because there was still some mud stuck on the back of the car. But, in any case, it does look funny because he's using a water hose to clean a car while it's raining! LOL!
The crazy thing about this is that rain is enough for him to wash the car, unless he's enjoying the difference in temp of the two water sources.
